Geekout Episode 9: The Google I/O 2013 edition - Geek (blog)

Android By Russell Holly May. 16, 2013 7:17 pm

Amidst the dozens of sessions, weary from hours of keynote speeches, we managed to sit down in the middle of Google I/O to chat a little about what we've seen and what we plan to see next.

Google I/O, the annual developer conference for all of Google's products, invites a 6,000 strong guest list to come check out everything that is new. So far this year we've seen new collaborations between Samsung and Google, new Google Maps, and a ton of new additions to Android and to Chrome. The show is far from over, with new stuff expected soon concerning Google Glass, cloud messaging, and additional focused sessions with the Android team.

It's the heart of Google geekdom, so what better place to have a mini Geekout!

If you have anything you'd like to see us focus on tomorrow, the last day of Google I/O 2013, please let us know in the comments below. We'll be following all of the best sessions and reporting on anything exciting that comes from the rest of the event!

Keep an eye on out Google+ page for updates, and be sure to check out our other Geekouts.
